We’re going back to our roots! In 1994, we opened our doors as Professional Hair Design Academy. Since then, we’ve helped hundreds of students follow their hearts into beauty and wellness careers. Now, 22 years later, we’re reviving the PHD Academy name and rededicating ourselves to offer the best cosmetology and massage therapy education in west-central Wisconsin. When you finish the cosmetology program, you’ll be prepared to take the State Board Exam that allows you to receive your cosmetology license. Passing the Cosmetology State Board Exam is an eligibility requirement before you can receive your license. Learn more about cost, financing, and more here.

Cosmetology Instructor Training Program
Are you an energetic cosmetologist who cherishes educating others? If this is true, our Educator Training Program might be the ideal open door for you. As a teacher and an expert, you’ll be responsible for shaping the future beauty industry and encouraging future cosmetologists.
What You’ll Learn
Share your passion and help shape future beauty industry professionals into leaders. You’ll learn to develop lesson plans, manage your classroom, and evaluate and coach your students. Our cosmetology instructor training program allows you to help students shape their own creative outcomes, as well as setting you up for a rewarding profession.
